I still get bruises even with the ice, but it at least helps to alleviate most of the burn. When i first read your post, I though...It is funny. When i first read your post, I thought Lovenox and then I corrected my comment.<br /><br />As a former Lovenox user, I suggest the following: ice for 5 minutes before the shot and no movement at all for 5 minutes after the shot. Be as still as possible so that the lovenox can dissipate.
